Cauce Project: In recognition of the effort made.

With its Contact Center, Servinform once again, offers its professionality and quality to the `Attention to the Andalusian Educational Community´. The CAUCE project was recently awarded to the Company by the Education Department.

CAUCE (Attention Center for the Educational Community of Andalucía) will be managed again by our Contact Center,  the team´s headquarters are now located in the Edificio Empresarial Aljarafe in Tomares (next to the Casino) after being set up initially by Servinform in September 2009. 

The service will be supervised by the Public Sector Company SADESI (Andalusian Society for the Development of the Information Society) who runs the Management Services of the Telecommunications  and Telematic Services Network of the Junta de Andalucía.

Servinform offers proven guarantees such as availability, flexibility, quick response and satisfactory times for decision making within the foreseen demands and also for the unexpected ones that occur due to the speciality and difficulty of the performance service. Manuel Martín, manager of the Contact Center, is proud and greatful for the the trust placed on the team.  In his words “Competitiveness is strong nowadays, this is why, together with the offer we have presented and the performance of the first contract, this new award is the recognition of an excellent job carried out by my team. The CAUCE project has uninterrupted service hours monday to friday between 08.00 and 20.00 hours, it is aimed at Potential Users such as Management, Administration and Service Personnel from the Public Education Sector and also Susidized Private Schools, Teaching Personnel, Pupil´s Parental Associations, Particular Citizens, Students and Families. The service channels the information, communication, advice and support demands of management  resources from the Education Centres (SENECA – PASEN) apart from other issues that are necessary for the proper working order of the personnel assigned to the Education Centres.

Regarding citizenship, the service channels the web related questions and the processes from the Electronic Administration (Virtual Secretary):  information about Educational Processes, Administrative Procedures, Information about Schools and Services (school dinners, extracurricular activities, morning lessons) etc... All of this is oriented to improve the relation between the different groups and the Education Department, and therefore increase the public image this service provides.     

The coordinator of CAUCE is Inés Arenal, she makes sure everything goes like clockwork thanks to an excellent team of professionals. She assures us that the activity of this service is very high, being June and September the months with a higher number of consultations.
