The Servinform Group promotes the hiring of people from the underprivileged groups of society, among them the disabled. We assume this responsibility by creating jobs, training disabled people and integrating them in the job market.
We practice this policy since 2005. The Servinform Group works hard to enable the personal and professional development of people with disabilities.
More than 4% of Servinform´s staff are disabled, twice the minimum percentage established by law.
Commitment to Society and the Environment
Regarding education, The Servinform Group interacts with the university world, creating employment via direct collaboration agreements with Universities, Schools and Learning Institutions, students on work experience are trained at the Company, part of them becoming future employees.
The Company constantly works with institutions, collectives, associations and foundations. For example the Genus Foundation, who the Servinform Group is a permanent partner of, has recently signed an assistance protocol with the Employment Services of Andalucía to promote joint initiatives for employment integration aimed at people in vulnerable situations, making women who suffer gender violence a priority.
