Group Servinform relies on a system of management of Security and Health at Work (PRL), whose object is to monitorize the fulfillment of the foreseen in the legislation about Prevention of Laboral Risks and the improvement of the conditions of work. for this reason audits are carried out,all around the Organization.

In terms of vigilance of the health, Servinform Group has a contract with the company Muprespa that covers the speciality of " Medicine of the Work". Periodic and voluntary controls are realized annually to all the employees of the Group.

For the technical specialities of Security at Work, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics and psicosociology applied, Servinform is a member to the Service of Prevention United “PISA PREVENCION”. which has technical personnel specialized in each of the indicated specialities.

At the same time Servinform possesses qualified personnel in Prevention of Labor Risks that develop their work inside the company.

One of the specialities of the Prevention of risks is the Psicosociology at work, which consists in the periodical evaluation of the level of satisfaction of the employees. For it, periodically a study of Labour Climate is developed with the voluntary and anonymous collaboration of the employees.

With the results obtained of the analysis of this survey, actions of improvement are designed focused, of priority form, to increasing the satisfaction of the employees in the development of his tasks and to his integration in the Organization.
