As a reference, in the following pages, we will go through some projects managed by some of the companies from the Servinform Group, where the staff has brought together methodology and daily work to offer the clients knowledge, commitment and working capacity.



Equipment Monitoring Service

The Servinform Group carries out an equipment monitoring service for users in the microcomputer environment of the Central Services of the Education Department, whose main task is to keep the computer resources in perfect working order.

 
Sesentaycinco Card

Working with the Social Services Foundation of Andalucía, the Servinform Group supplies, issues, re-issues, informs and provides filing services for the ‘Andalucía Junta Sesentaycinco’ subsidised transport Card.

In the same vein, the Company takes part in the management of the OAP´s Social Benefits Card from the Council of Madrid ‘madridmayor.es’

 
Treasury Office Files

With the Temporary Merging of Companies ACCENTURE, IECISA AND SERVINFORM, the production of the Membership File with the data from the `1/11 File´ of the Treasury Office is carried out.

 
Justice Department Archives

In the Andalucía Region, the computerisation and modernisation of the Judicial Archives (from the Justice Department and the Public Administration Office) is carried out via the inclusion and organisation in the Adriano Information System of the Documents from all the provincial Justice Administrations from Andalucía.

 
Register of Births

The Servinform Group manages with UTE IECISA – Telefónica Soluciones the 'Red.es' project for the digitisation, image processing and recording of the handwritten Register of Births, Marriages and Deaths from the Spanish Registry Offices between 1950 to the year 2000.

 
Tax Information System

A service was carried out in the Regional Government of Valencia through the Economic Department. It provided an archive management service aimed to  inform the taxpayer about the financial measures introduced by the government of Valencia for the 2008 term.

 
Customer Service of the Health Department

The Servinform Group carries out a customer service for the users of the Telephone Customer Service of the Health Department. The service, part of the Customer’s Rights Office, is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and technical monitoring of the duties concerning consumer rights.

 
Capis and Incentives for the Digital Citizenship

Organized by the Andalusian Society for the Development of the Information Society Ltd. Unipersonal, a Technical Consultancy service is provided together with Support, Monitoring and Control of the Projects "Capis and Incentives for the Digital Citizenship"
