In the year 1998 CMS Compañía de Medios y Servicios Ltd was set up with a share hold from Caja San Fernando (nowadays Cajasol) with the task of offering administrative support services, computer services, managing accounts, agency and property valuation (www.ciam.es) From the Agency area it deals with the whole processing cycle, monitoring and control of the processes associated with registers and cancellations of mortgage guarantees handed out by the banking institutions.

A broad team of professionals specializing in Account and Administrative Management offers companies an external Accountancy department where they can centralize all their administrative operations, optimising resources and adding homogeneity to the financial information, the accounts, balances and reports.

A Society with CMS Tasación as shareholder, its job is to value property, specializing in houses, business premises, offices, warehouses, agricultural and farming land, promotions, building sites, housing developments, singular buildings and any kind of property that has a guarantee in a mortgage contract.

Halfway through 2005 the business bought and incorporated to the Group Servinform the Key brand, until then belonging to the Creasan and Bancaja Group from Madrid.

The headquarters are in Albuixech (Valencia) where the company holds a strong position as technological partner with the main names from the area, later extending its services all over the Region of Valencia where it has consolidated itself.

The Company´s main activity is to offer file outsourcing services to big businesses and financial groups, it provides technological management and assistance solutions, external financial services and specially, printing solutions.
This significant investment makes this company the Spanish leader in high quantity colour printing, enhancing the possibilities of documents as carriers of direct marketing actions, increasing the value and image of the brand associated to the business.
