On December 30, 2011, Servinform S.A.acquired from “Cajasol Banca Cívica”, the Company CAYGES. The main activity
of this company focuses on the processing of mortgage operations granted by credit institutions.
With this purchase Servinform, definitively confirms its commitment for the diversification of its services
into the Financial Institutions field.

Mr. Joaquín Rufo as president and founder of Servinform Group, has obtained the award for the
“Best Company of the year”. The award granted by “Club Antares”, and a strict juror composed by different
personalities of the business society.
An outstanding Career Achievement Award, for the impulse and the entrepreneurial initiative of the company,
that ended up becoming a tribute to Joaquin Rufo, the man who almost 35 years ago established the company from
practically nothing, Servinform today has turned into the leader in its sector.
The President of Antares, Oscar González Barba, highlighted "the work and seriousness" as a foundation for the
success of the President and other human values such as "honesty and humility." Humility Joaquin Rufo revealed
when he thanked "all those who have managed to put up with me and whose work has made it possible to arrive where
we are today."
The mayor of the City Mr. Ignacio Zoido closed the ceremony with very direct and personal words to the President,
and wanted to emphasize: "He has managed to adapt himself to the times, with a very calculated risk that has
enabled him, in times of crisis, for being an entrepreneur specimen, whose skills have led him to employ more
